These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Malls' websites and mobile applications (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

About Malls

Malls is a catalog and discovery platform. Independent third-party sellers integrate their own product, price, and stock data via their systems. Malls is not a seller, does not process purchases, and does not provide delivery within the app.

  3. Eligibility & Accounts

    • You must be 18+ or have valid parental/guardian consent.
    • Keep your login credentials confidential and secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
    • Provide accurate information and keep it updated.

  4. Features for Buyers

    • Browse brands and products, view prices and availability (as supplied by sellers).
    • Add/remove favorites, follow brands, subscribe to back-in-stock and price-change alerts.
    • Manage your profile (personal info, password) and language (EN/HY/RU).
    • View a list/history of products tied to your alerts (e.g., price changes).

  5. Notifications & Communications

    By enabling push notifications or subscribing to alerts, you authorize us to send you the messages you requested. Push notifications are a core feature of the Service and cannot be turned off within your account. You can unsubscribe from specific alert types (e.g., back-in-stock, price-change) at any time. We may also send you service announcements and, if you opt in, marketing emails.

  6. Content & Intellectual Property

    • The Services, including our trademarks, UI, and software, are owned by Malls or our licensors and protected by law.
    • Seller names, trademarks, and product images may be the property of their respective owners.
    • You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from the Services, except as permitted by law.

  7. Acceptable Use

    • You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the Services or security features.
    • Do not misuse alerts or attempt to manipulate pricing/stock signals.
    • Do not use automated means (bots, scrapers) without our written consent.
    • Do not violate others' rights, applicable law, or these Terms.
    We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

  8. Product Listings from Sellers

    • Product details, pricing, and stock are provided by sellers. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, availability, or timeliness of this information.
    • Since Malls is not a seller, any purchase you make outside our app (e.g., on a seller's site or in store) is governed by that seller's terms and policies.

  9. No Purchases or Deliveries in App

    • The app does not process orders, accept payments, or arrange delivery. Return/refund policies are determined by sellers when you transact with them outside the app.

  10. Disclaimers

    • The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.

  11. Limitation of Liability

    • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Malls and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claims under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us (which is typically zero).

  12. Changes, Suspension, Termination

    • We may modify or discontinue the Services (or any feature) at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. s

  13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

    • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Yerevan, Armenia will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

  14. Updates to Terms

    • We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date will reflect the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

  15. Miscellaneous

    • Severability: If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
    • Entire Agreement: These Terms plus the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Malls regarding the Services.
    • Language: We offer EN/HY/RU interfaces. In case of conflict among translations of these Terms, the English version controls (unless local law requires otherwise).
