Malls (“Malls,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a catalog and discovery platform where buyers can browse products published by third-party sellers that integrate their inventory and pricing via their own systems. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about users of our websites and mobile applications (collectively, the “Services”).

If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Services.

  1. What We Collect

    • Account & Profile Data
      • Name, email address, phone number (if provided), password (hashed).
      • Language preference (EN/HY/RU).
      • Profile settings and changes you make in “Profile.”
    • Usage & Preferences
      • Favorites (wishlists), followed brands, alert subscriptions (back-in-stock, price-change).
      • Timestamps and product/brand IDs related to your subscriptions and actions.
    • Device & Technical Data
      • IP address, device and browser information, operating system, app version, referring URLs.
      • Cookie identifiers, local storage entries, SDK or device tokens for push notifications.
    • Automatically Synced Catalog Data (Non-Personal)
      • We ingest product details, stock counts, and prices from sellers’ systems. This is catalog data about products, not about you.

  2. We Do Not Collect

    • Payment card data within the app (no in-app purchases).
    • Shipping addresses (no delivery is handled by Malls).

  3. How We Use Information

    We use your information to:

    • Provide, maintain, and improve the Services (including multi-language UX).
    • Power features you opt into: favorites, brand/product follows, back-in-stock and price-change notifications.
    • Personalize your experience (e.g., remember language, show relevant brands).
    • Communicate with you (service notices, security alerts, and if you opt in marketing emails).
    • Monitor and secure the Services, prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms.
    • Comply with applicable laws and enforce our rights.

  4. Push Notifications & Subscriptions

    • Back in stock: When you subscribe on an out-of-stock item, we store the product ID and your device/app token to notify you when it returns.
    • Price changes: When you subscribe, we notify you when the product’s price goes up or down and keep a simple change log tied to your account for viewing history.
    • You can manage in-app settings.

  5. Cookies & Similar Technologies

    We use essential, functional, and analytics cookies and local storage to:

    • Keep you signed in, remember language, store safe preferences.
    • Measure usage to improve the Services (see our separate Cookies Policy for details).

  6. When We Share Information

    We share information only as needed to operate the Services:

    • Service Providers: cloud hosting, analytics, error monitoring, and push notification providers under confidentiality obligations.
    • Legal & Safety: to comply with law, lawful requests, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
    • Business Transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (we will continue to protect information as described here).
    • We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

  7. Data Retention

    • Account/profile data: kept while your account is active.
    • Favorites and subscriptions: kept until you remove them or delete your account.
    • Technical logs: typically retained for up to 12 months, unless needed longer for security/legal reasons.
    • We may anonymize and retain non-personal/aggregated data.

  8. Your Rights

    Subject to local law, you may have the right to access, correct, update, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can also:

    • Opt out of marketing emails via unsubscribe links.
    • You can delete your account at any time without needing approval from us.

    We will respond to requests within a reasonable period and as required by law.

  9. Security

    • We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (e.g., TLS/SSL in transit, hashed passwords, access controls). No system is 100% secure; please keep your credentials confidential.

  10. Children

    • The Services are intended for individuals 18+ or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are under that age, you must use the Services only with parental/guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect data from children without appropriate consent. If you believe a child provided data to us, contact us to request deletion.

  11. International Use

    • Your information may be processed in countries where we or our providers operate. We apply safeguards consistent with this policy and applicable law.

  12. Third-Party Sellers & Links

    • Product information, pricing, and stock are supplied by independent sellers via their own systems. We are not responsible for sellers’ separate privacy practices. If you leave the Services via external links, their policies apply.

    • We may update this policy. We will post the new date above. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate.
